Are you an international bachelor’s or master’s student of the University of Tartu? If so, you are invited to join the International Student Ambassadors (ISA) programme.

The International Student Ambassadors (ISA) programme, established in 2012, is now 13 years old. The main goal of the programme is to help prospective students get to know the university as well as the lifestyle in Tartu and Estonia. International Student Ambassadors share their experiences of studying at the University of Tartu and living in Estonia. They help new students feel welcomed and connected from the very beginning.

As an International Student Ambassador, you will have the opportunity to represent both your home country and the international student community and promote the University of Tartu in Estonia and abroad. By sharing your personal experiences, you will provide valuable insights to prospective students considering their studies at the University of Tartu.

There are many exciting projects you can get involved in: writing blog posts and articles (click here), helping to organise events, assisting with our podcast Tiksu to UniTartu (click here), or creating engaging videos for UniTartu’s social media channels. When applying, you will be asked to indicate which team you are most interested in joining — Content, Events, or Video. For more detailed information about the structure and responsibilities of each team, click here.

We ask our International Student Ambassadors to commit to the team for a minimum of one year.
