ENLIGHT’s Impact Narrative analysis shows tangible results of the network’s activities

The European university alliance ENLIGHT has recently published its 2025 Impact Narrative – a data-based overview of its activities since the launch of the network in 2020. The results prove that ENLIGHT has had a significant impact on not only the academics and staff of the network, but has also developed its community and culture.

ENLIGHT’s 2025 Impact Narrative is the first impact assessment exercise covering the alliance’s all activities since its launch in 2020. It aims to provide evidence of ENLIGHT’s transformative nature and to generate insights that inform ongoing strategic planning and decision-making.

The Impact Narrative is based on collected qualitative and quantitative data from 120 indicators and the collaboration of ENLIGHT Student Network, multiple task forces, work package leaders and the ENLIGHT coordination team.

The Impact Narrative demonstrates the transformative role of the alliance across six major outcome areas:

1) ENLIGHT open and integrated space is established;

2) Learners have become more empowered;

3) Staff has become more empowered;

4) Academics have become more connected;

5) A vibrant, green and inclusive ENLIGHT community has been established;

6) ENLIGHT’s impact-driven culture is created and disseminated.
