Opening ceremony of the 2025/2026 academic year

The University of Tartu opening ceremony of the 2025/2026 academic year will take place at Pirogov Square on Monday, 1 September at 10:00.

The renovation of the area in front of the main building starts on 27 June and will last until autumn. During this period, the area in front of the main building will not be accessible, so the opening ceremony is planned to be held at Pirogov Square.
