László Puczko, Founder of Hungary-based Health Tourism Worldwide (HTWW) – successor to The Tourism Observatory for Health, Wellness and Spa) – László Puczko has been working in the field of travel and health for 20+ years. A wellbeing experience engineer, economist, strategist, and arts & design manager experienced in both private and public sector environments, he has been lecturing and running customized training, masterclasses, and development projects in over 40 countries all around the world.

Target group:
Middle managers and other employees of spa and spa hotel companies. Those interested in wellness and spa topics. Potential students of the "Design and Management of Wellness and Spa Services Master's Degree Program" (e.g., whose workload does not allow them to study in the Master's Degree Program at the moment).
Outcome:
Student:
1) knows service design processes and models;
2) applies the innovative thinking and entrepreneurial approach in practice;
3) proposes innovative ways how to design and develop spa and health tourism products and services.
Starting conditions:
English language skills at B2 level.

Studies and teaching takes place in appropriate classrooms, which have the required teaching equipment and meet the health and safety requirements.

The micro-degree program consists of the following subjects:
SVPC.02.053 Wellness and Spa Service Development (4 ECTS)
Service Design (4 ECTS)
Wellness Economy and Entrepreneurship (4 ECTS)

All subjects take place as sessional studies, in the fall semester. All subjects function partly as e-learning, which gives learners a very good opportunity to plan their studies and time. All subjects have a comprehensive Moodle course. You start learning as a supplementary learner and all learners get the necessary access in this regard.

If it is not written in the lecture info that it will be held online, then the contact study is planned on site at Pärnu College, Ringi 35.
Requirements to complete:
All subjects of the program have been completed with a positive result.
A UT digital certificate will be issued to those who have passed the micro-degree program 100%. In case of partial completion of the micro-degree program, UT digital certificate of the completed subjects will be issued.
