Order a Workshop for Students!

The University of Tartu Counselling Centre offers the opportunity to request workshops on mental health, career, and academic coping. Our goal is to support UT students in handling day-to-day challenges by providing practical advice and solutions.

Below are examples of topics we already cover:

  • Mood – the nature of anxiety and strategies to reduce it, as well as coping with intense emotions in everyday life and studies.
  • Burnout in an Academic Environment – prevention and recovery.
  • Adapting to Change – stress, setting boundaries, and coping.
  • Relaxation – relaxation exercises to reduce stress and improve concentration.
  • Communication Skills – active listening, communication barriers, assertive “I-statements,” and navigating difficult conversations.
  • Job Search – writing a CV and cover letter, preparing for job interviews.
  • Life and Development Planning – goal setting, creating action plans, skills analysis, and articulating your abilities.
