The Counselling Centre counsellors conduct workshops for University of Tartu students (including doctoral students) on different topics that support studies and the planning of work life. These workshops are free for students.

The University of Tartu Counselling Centre offers the opportunity to request workshops on mental health, career, and academic coping. Our goal is to support UT students in handling day-to-day challenges by providing practical advice and solutions.

Let us know about your needs, group size, preferred timing for the seminar, and whether it is part of a larger event or a standalone session.
