Purpose:
The module provides an opportunity to develop and test the idea of your creative project with various tools in such a way that you can proceed to the creative entrepreneurship project management module. The basics of creative thinking and design thinking are introduced. An overview of more effective self-management tools and related topics (goal setting, time planning, stress management, etc.) is provided. The future trends of the creative sector and the cultural sector are introduced and analyzed in the context of their creative project.
Target group:
Employees of creative sector organisations, learners with experience in the creative industries, learners interested in the creative industries (including people planning a career change), learners interested in upgrading entrepreneurial and management skills, learners interested in the field and principles of project management
Outcome:
*understands the role of creativity in solving problems and uses various creative thinking techniques to develop his/her/their ideas;
* creatively applies problem-solving strategies in real work situations;
*uses acquired problem-solving skills and practical tools for self-management in both private and professional life;
* analyzes culture and the role of the creative sector in society, opportunities and challenges and is aware of future trends;
*takes into account the principles of sustainable development and applies them in his/her/their creative project.
Starting conditions:
A prerequisite for starting the studies is a bachelor's degree or a corresponding level of education. Registration for the program is based on a letter of motivation.

Location info:
In session learning, teaching takes place through a combination of video lectures and webinars, supported by independent readings and assignments in the Moodle environment.
Learning environment:
Studies and teaching takes place in appropriate classrooms, which have the required teaching equipment and meet the health and safety requirements.

In the academic year 2024/2025, autumn semester.
Requirements to complete:
According to the conditions for passing substances. In order to obtain the certificate, it is necessary to successfully pass 100% of subjects with a total volume of 15 ECTS.
