Purpose:
The purpose is to develop a feasible project plan based on the idea of a creative project. The module provides an overview of the business models of creative entrepreneurship and develops skills on how to get from a business idea to a business plan. In addition, knowledge of various project management methods is gained, including financial and strategic management, risk and quality management. Designing and implementation of communication and marketing strategy is learned. In addition, copyright related issues, especially its application in the digital world, as well as accompanying ethical issues are introduced
Target group:
Employees of creative sector organisations, learners with experience in the creative industries, learners interested in the creative industries (including people planning a career change), learners interested in upgrading entrepreneurial and management skills, learners interested in the field and principles of project management
Outcome:
*develops a project plan based on the idea of his creative project;
*relates the main business models and strategies of creative entrepreneurship to your creative project;
*knows the main project management methods and tools and uses them in the implementation of his creative project;
*manages projects based on the principles of risk and quality management acquired during the module;
*applies the principles of the project life cycle in the creative project he/she/they manages;
*understands and values intellectual property, especially the basic principles of the operation of copyright in creative fields and the digital world, and applies them in his/her/their own creative project;
*designs a communication and marketing strategy corresponding to the project's goal.
Starting conditions:
A prerequisite for starting the studies is a bachelor's degree or a corresponding level of education. Registration for the program is based on a letter of motivation.

Location info:
In session learning. Teaching takes place through a combination of video lectures and webinars, supported by independent readings and assignments in the Moodle environment
Learning environment:
Studies and teaching takes place in appropriate classrooms, which have the required teaching equipment and meet the health and safety requirements.
Schedule and further information:
In the academic year 2024/2025, autumn semester.
Requirements to complete:
According to the conditions for passing substances. In order to obtain the certificate, it is necessary to successfully pass 100% of subjects with a total volume of 15 ECTS.
