Outcome:
*develops a project plan based on the idea of his creative project;
*relates the main business models and strategies of creative entrepreneurship to your creative project;
*knows the main project management methods and tools and uses them in the implementation of his creative project;
*manages projects based on the principles of risk and quality management acquired during the module;
*applies the principles of the project life cycle in the creative project he/she/they manages;
*understands and values intellectual property, especially the basic principles of the operation of copyright in creative fields and the digital world, and applies them in his/her/their own creative project;
*designs a communication and marketing strategy corresponding to the project's goal.
Starting conditions:
A prerequisite for starting the studies is a bachelor's degree or a corresponding level of education. Registration for the program is based on a letter of motivation.

Academic top-level (professor, visiting professor, lecturer), strategic manager (experience), practical skills (project management training)
Location info:
In session learning. Teaching takes place through a combination of video lectures and webinars, supported by independent readings and assignments in the Moodle environment
Learning environment:
Studies and teaching takes place in appropriate classrooms, which have the required teaching equipment and meet the health and safety requirements.

Requirements to complete:
According to the conditions for passing substances. In order to obtain the certificate, it is necessary to successfully pass 100% of subjects with a total volume of 15 ECTS.
