Duties and responsibilities
  • Teaching, using modern teaching methods and educational technology, at the first two levels of higher education.
  • Teaching development.
  • Professional development, incl. to enhance teaching and supervising skills.
  • Participation in the research, development and creative activities of the structural unit under the supervision of a professor or associate professor.
  • Research in the volume equivalent to at least 1/3 of a doctoral thesis in five years (at the workload of 1.0).
  • Development of skills necessary for research, development and creative activities, and professional development.
  • Popularising their specialisation.

Required qualifications
Master's degree or an equivalent qualification.

Required experience
  • Ability to teach at the first two levels of higher education.
  • Knowledge of modern teaching aids, learning environments, teaching methods and their development opportunities.
  • Ability to participate in research, development and creative activities.

Required language skills
Excellent command in Estonian. English sufficient for professional communication and research.
