Duties and responsibilities
  • Teaching, using modern teaching methods and educational technology, at the first two levels of higher education.
  • Supervising students of the first two levels of higher education.
  • Teaching development.
  • Activities related to the administration and development of teaching.
  • Professional development, incl. to enhance teaching and supervising skills.
  • Participation in the research, development and creative activities.
  • Development of skills necessary for research, development and creative activities, and professional development.
  • Popularising their specialisation.

Required qualifications
Master's degree or an equivalent qualification.

Required experience
  • Ability to teach at the first two levels of higher education.
  • Knowledge of modern teaching aids, learning environments, teaching methods and their development opportunities.
  • Ability to participate in research, development and creative activities.

Required language skills
Excellent command of Estonian. Command of English sufficient for professional communication.
