On 18 February 2026, the University of Tartu’s biggest career event – the Delta Career Day – will take place again. On that day, hundreds of students in IT, mathematics, statistics, computer engineering, robotics and economics come together to meet with companies and organisations that come to Tartu to present their practical training and career opportunities.
Organisations are invited to register for the event until 18 January.
The Career Day will be held as a large expo at the university’s sports club, becoming an exciting meeting place for students and employers on that day. In 2025, the event brought together more than 850 students and 53 organisations.
In addition to the expo, companies and organisations have the opportunity to appear in the on-site studio to discuss their ventures and opportunities. The discussions are streamed online, and recordings will be available after the event.
We will also organise an expo game for students, where they will look for answers to questions prepared by the participating organisations. This is a great way to encourage students to visit your booth and share information about your organisation.
If you are interested in setting up your booth at the event, fill out the registration form by 18 January at the latest. If you have any questions, we ask that you read the Career Day FAQ or contact us at [email protected].
The Career Day organisational costs are not covered by a participation fee in the classical sense. Instead, we ask you to rate the value of the career day for your organisation on a five-point scale (from "1" – slightly valuable to "5" – very valuable). Each grade corresponds to a contribution used to cover the costs of organising the event.
1 = €350
2 = €512
3 = €1,024
4 = €2,048
5 = €4,096
The prices do not include VAT.
