In developing teaching and supervision skills, we rely on the principles of good practice of teaching. University lecturers have the opportunity to participate in training courses, share experiences in learning communities, participate in development programs, and receive advice on teaching from academic developers and instructional designers.

Methodological guidelines

The Centre for Learning and Teaching has prepared several methodological guidelines for planning and conducting teaching:

  • recommendations for contact learning scenarios and adjusting assessment;
  • instructions for involving students in online learning and taking into account their workload;
  • a manual with descriptions of teaching methods, etc.

The guidelines are being updated.
