Purpose:
The aim of the program is to provide knowledge and skills for teamwork and team management. In addition, skills for managing multicultural teams and managing work processes with digital tools are provided. The module also provides an overview of the most important management theories and models.
Target group:
Employees of creative sector organisations, learners with experience in the creative industries, learners interested in the creative industries (including people planning a career change), learners interested in upgrading entrepreneurial and management skills, learners interested in the field and principles of project management
Outcome:
* knows different management theories and models and their applications in practice;
* analyzes and evaluates the potential of projects;
* leads teams efficiently and effectively in different situations, coping with changes and challenges;
* successfully manages multicultural teams;
* knows the principles and tools of managing digital work processes and applies them in practice.
Starting conditions:
A prerequisite for starting the studies is a bachelor's degree or a corresponding level of education. Registration for the program is based on a letter of motivation.

In session learning. Teaching takes place through a combination of video lectures and webinars, supported by independent readings and assignments in the Moodle environment
Learning environment:
Studies and teaching takes place in appropriate classrooms, which have the required teaching equipment and meet the health and safety requirements.
