The participants of the UniTartu Summer School courses are required to pay:
International candidates applying to UniTartu Summer School courses are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of EUR 25.
The application fee is required to facilitate the admissions process and will not be refunded, regardless of the admission result.
The payment must be made by the application deadline at the latest.

NB! Make sure pop-ups are allowed in your browser settings (the window for card details opens as a pop-up!). Once the card payment is made, a confirmation email is sent - please save it as a PDF file or make a screenshot and attach it to your online application. This will help us match the payment to your application.
If you face difficulties with the credit card payment, please contact us at isu@ut.ee and add a screenshot of your error message.
You can also pay the fee via bank transfer.
The payment should be made in euros. It is the responsibility of the applicant to cover the possible transaction charge(s) and make sure the total fee amount (25 euros) is received by the university. Please request information on possible charges for international transfers from the service provider before making the payment. If less than 25 euros is received by the university, your application cannot be processed before the total amount is transferred. Overpayment will not be refunded.

Terms of Cancellation and Refund
If you wish to cancel your participation, you must inform the UniTartu Summer School team by writing to e-mail: isu@ut.ee.
90% of the programme fee will be refunded if you cancel participation and apply for a refund at least 30 days before the start of the programme.
If you inform us of your cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the programme, no refund is made.
If the University of Tartu has to cancel the programme due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be informed of that within one week after the application deadline at the latest. We will fully refund the programme fee or offer a substitute programme. Please note that the university cannot take any responsibility for covering personal travel costs. Thus, we recommend getting insurance coverage.
The university reserves the right to claim the programme fee in accordance with the above-mentioned terms if you have received a Letter of Acceptance and cancel the participation without written notice.
NB! The same policy applies if you are forced to cancel because you did not receive a visa.
Management of the Refund
To apply for the refund, please send a written request with the relevant bank data via e-mail: isu@ut.ee.
Refund will be made to the person/institution who paid the programme fee.
Please note that the in case there are not enough participants for the course (exact minimum number of participants can be found on the course's webpage), the University of Tartu will have to cancel the course. In this case, you will receive a full refund.
Please note that before paying the course fee you will need to be accepted to the course. We will send you an invoice along with the confirmation of acceptance to the course. The course fee can only be paid according to the invoice issued directly to you.
