"Education in the age of big data and artificial intelligence" – Data Science Seminar

We are glad to announce that the next Data Science Seminar will take place on January 24th, 15:45 – 20:00, as part of sTARTUp Day 2024. This time, we will focus on "Education in the age of big data and artificial intelligence". The event is organised and moderated by Assoc. Prof. Jaan Aru from the Institute of Computer Science.

Big data and artificial intelligence will change education. But what kind of changes do we need? The event brings together the government side, academia and the EdTech sector. We will see what data is available, how EdTech companies are handling their data, and what artificial intelligence can add. 

The event also highlights that future education is not only about schools and universities but also more and more about life-long learning.

Venue: UT Delta Study Building large auditorium (room 1037), Narva mnt 18, Tartu. This is a networking event! The seminar is free and available for anyone interested.
