Duties and responsibilities
  • Professional creative research work at the international level in the fields of ethnology and cultural anthropology in the field of international mobility.
  • Publishing in reputable venues and delivering presentations at international conferences.
  • Carrying out research and development projects.
  • Developing skills necessary for RD activities, participation in professional training, organising scholarly events.
  • Popularization of scholarly work.
  • Teaching in the field of research.

Required qualifications
PhD or an equivalent qualification.

Required experience
  • Internationally recognized research work in the area of specialization.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience of research and knowledge of contemporary research methods.
  • Experience in researching the contemporary Estonian diaspora and applying creative research methods.

Required language skills
Excellent language skills both in Estonian and English.
