Teacher of Estonian and Lithuanian

• Teaching Estonian as a foreign language (beginners to C1 level) and Lithuanian as a foreign language (beginners to B1 level) to adult learners in a multicultural classroom.
• Ability and willingness to conduct online and partially web-based courses.
• Ability and willingness to prepare and conduct special courses on practical Estonian language and Lithuanian culture (history, literature, etc).
• Preparation of teaching materials and methodological activities.
• Active self-development in the practical teaching of Estonian and Lithuanian as a foreign language, knowledge of Lithuanian culture and teaching skills in Estonian and Lithuanian.

• At least five years of experience teaching Estonian and Lithuanian as a foreign language at different levels, and teaching Lithuanian culture courses (history, literature, etc) in higher education institutions to adult learners in a multicultural classroom.
• Familiarity with contemporary teaching materials, learning environments (incl. electronic ones), and teaching methods and their development.
• Professional and technological skills and competence in producing supplementary teaching materials.
• Experience of working in a team.

4. A copy of a document (including its annexes) which shows the candidate to hold the required qualification (with authorized translation into Estonian, English or Russian if the credential is not in Estonian, English, Russian, Finnish, Swedish, French, Italian, Ukrainian and Belarussian languages). A candidate can be required to submit the original or a certified copy of the document (including its annexes) showing the candidate to hold the required qualification. If the candidate has acquired the higher education in question abroad, he or she may be required to submit an assessment issued by the Academic Recognition Information Centre (the Estonian ENIC/NARIC) of his or her qualification in respect of the qualification requirements for the position.
