Teachers learning communities

In different learning communities, academic staff can develop their teaching skills through exchanging experiences, co-learning or finding solutions to problems (covision, collegial coaching groups, thematic professional learning communities). The community can consist of lecturers of a certain field (for example, mathematics teaching staff), academic staff that share a similar role (for example, new programme managers), or lecturers who need to solve a similar problem (for example, academic staff that teach large study groups).

If needed, the community activities can be organised and supported by academic developers.
