Purpose:

The first part of the course explains that almost all of the organisation's activities can be regarded as a project, which should be supported by the suitable source of funding.
The second part of the course teaches how on e idea can be changed to the good project, whom to ask the required amount of money, how to form a successful project, how to handle project management.

After taking the course, the student should be able:

to describe how is structured the organization's planning process

to describe how to develop the organization's long-term development goals

to highlight the organisation's strategy, planning and budgeting principles

to create a whole plan for financing

to name the project types and funds

to plan project activities and resources

to explain the variety of ways for project writing and the requirements for applying for the funding

to describe the definition and stages of project management

to explain what are the principles of public communication of the project results

to complete the project's reports according to the their requirements

to highlight the project evaluation principles

to highlight the principles of starting the continuation of the project
