Purpose:
The first part of the course explains that almost all of the organisation's activities can be regarded as a project, which should be supported by the suitable source of funding.
The second part of the course teaches how on e idea can be changed to the good project, whom to ask the required amount of money, how to form a successful project, how to handle project management.


Outcome:
After taking the course, the student should be able:
  • to describe how is structured the organization's planning process
  • to describe how to develop the organization's long-term development goals
  • to highlight the organisation's strategy, planning and budgeting principles
  • to create a whole plan for financing
  • to name the project types and funds
  • to plan project activities and resources
  • to explain the variety of ways for project writing and the requirements for applying for the funding
  • to describe the definition and stages of project management
  • to explain what are the principles of public communication of the project results
  • to complete the project's reports according to the their requirements
  • to highlight the project evaluation principles
  • to highlight the principles of starting the continuation of the project
