Join the step challenge in October!

From 1 to 31 October, FitSphere invites students and staff to take part in the step challenge Sügissammud 2025, aiming to promote regular physical activity. Also, the most physically active higher education institution in Estonia will be determined .

At the University of Tartu, top three students and staff in each category will receive prizes. In addition, three sets of prizes will be raffled among all participants.

How to join the step challenge?

To participate in the challenge and track your steps, download the FitSphere app to your smart device and register as a user. If you have the Google Fit or Apple Health app on your phone, FitSphere will automatically connect to it.

To join the challenge, go to the “Competitions” view on the home page of the app, click on the “Private” tab and enter the invite code. Wordings may differ depending on the operation system.

Then click on the “Join the challenge” button.

After that, you can just start walking. Remember to click the “Register activity” button in the app once every 24 hours.
