• Teaching Distributed Systems and Network Technology courses at all higher education levels.
• Actively conducting research in the field of Distributed and Pervasive Systems.
• Supervising research work of students.
• Preparing proposals and grant applications.

• Candidates are expected to have teaching experience on the bachelor’s and/or master's levels.
• Good knowledge of distributed and pervasive systems concepts, including replication, election algorithms, consensus, quorums, and broadcast algorithms.
• Experience with network technology and distributed frameworks, e.g., etcd, Zookeeper, Hadoop.
• Knowledgeable with research in the field of pervasive data science and mobile sensing. 
• Research experience and a track record of publications in highly reputable venues in the field of specialization or a related field are desirable.
• Experience in supervising students and conducting e-learning is also highly desirable.
• Candidates focusing on distributed algorithms, edge computing, IoT, IoT architectures, and pervasive computing domains are highly encouraged to apply.

From 3000 euros (gross) per month, depending on work experience and qualifications. The total annual payroll starts from 50,000 euros including taxes by the employer.
