Duties and responsibilities
- Teaching at the first two levels of higher education in the base module for teacher education (The Leadership of Professional Learning Communities, Teaching for Learning, The Foundations of Curriculum Development and Implementation).
- Supervising students at the first level of higher education.
- Knowledge of modern teaching methods, teaching aids, learning environments, and the possibilities of their development.
- Professional development, including skills in teaching and supervising.
- Promoting their area of specialisation.
Required qualifications
Master's degree or an equivalent qualification.
Required experience
- Working experience as a teacher/junior lecturer at a university.
- Teaching experience in a general education school over the past three years.
- Previous experience supervising students and teaching online at a university.
- Previous experience in applying modern and versatile teaching methods, as well as in using and developing teaching aids and learning environments.
Required language skills
Excellent command of Estonian. Very good oral and written proficiency in English.
