On 4 June, the global higher education consultancy Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) published its world university ranking, in which the University of Tartu, as the best university in Estonia, ranks 358th.

All students of the University of Tartu are invited to apply for the ENLIGHT Inclusion Award, which is set to debut at the Teaching and Learning Conference in Tartu on 7–9 October 2024. This year, the award acknowledges student projects and initiatives.
In the publication released in February, “Building hope for Ukraine: 15 inspiring projects from Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps”, the European Commission highlighted the University of Tartu’s initiative.
Teaching staff and students of the University of Tartu are encouraged to apply to participate in the ENLIGHT Teaching and Learning Conference 2024 held in Tartu from 7 to 9 October. The central theme of this year’s conference is creativity and innovation in higher education.
23.–26. aprillil tulevad Tartu observatooriumile külla Arieli konsortsiumi teadlased ja insenerid. 2029. aastal algab Euroopa Kosmoseagentuuri Arieli missioon, millega on tihedalt seotud ka eestlased.
