Last call for application: ENLIGHT Open Science Award

The ENLIGHT Open Science Award will be awarded for the first time to a project or initiative that uses the open science approach either in their research, teaching, learning, or work.

The award recognises and rewards students and staff of the ENLIGHT universities (as individuals or groups) who have used the open science methods in their work, initiated an activity on open science at their institution, or supported the ENLIGHT community to adopt and implement open science practices and principles in their work.

Up to two initiatives or projects will be selected by an ENLIGHT committee. The awards will be handed over to the winners by the ENLIGHT Open Science ambassadors at the ENLIGHT Open Science Webinar on 25 April 2023. The winners will be invited to showcase their projects at the award ceremony and the projects will also be presented on the ENLIGHT website and newsletter.

Application is open from 11 January to 28 February 2023. To apply, submit a description of the initiative or project via the application form to Enlight-OS-Award@lists.gwdg.de. The winners will be informed by 1 April.
