Invitation: online lecture on the Japanese economy

On 27 February at 12:15‒13:45, the University of Tartu and Embassy of Japan in Estonia invite everyone to participate in an online lecture about Japanese economy.

Presenters are:

• Prof. Seijiro Takeshita (University of Shizuoka) ‒ “Challenges and opportunities of Japanese corporate governance in the promotion of business ventures: Japan’s structural and social issues in the acceptance of global talents” and
• Janne Funk (Kirimiri OÜ, Board Member) ‒ “Challenges and opportunities of Estonian SMEs exporting to Japan: perspective of the practitioner”.

The event will be moderated by Ene Selart, Junior Lecturer in History of Journalism at the UT Institute of Social Studies.

To register, please fill in the registration form by 26 February. Participants will receive a link for online participation by email on the morning of 27 February.
