On this page you can find country-specific requirements for submitting your education documents. Applicants to PhD level programmes must submit their bachelor´s and master´s documents (certificates and transcripts). The following requirements apply to documents acquired at both levels.

  • If your qualification was awarded in one of the countries listed below, you must submit your education documents following the instructions.
  • If the country where you acquired your degree is not on the list below, please follow the general instructions on this website.
  • Documents must be sent to the following address: Student Admissions, University of Tartu, Ülikooli 18-132, Tartu 50090, ESTONIA.

  • Any discrepancies between name and/or birthdate on your documents must be explained with official documentation by the issuing institution that confirms change of name/birthdate or new documents with corrected name and/or birthdate must be requested from the issuing institution. A sworn affidavit will not suffice.
