Partner universities and networks

The University of Tartu has more than 60 partner universities in about 25 different countries and the bilateral academic cooperation agreements with these universities provide opportunities for the exchange of students and faculty staff. These university-wide cooperation agreements include all of the faculties and institutions at the university. However, not all partner universities participate in student exchanges - to date UT has active student exchange agreements with almost 26 universities in 10 countries.

Study in Australia with AEN

Student exchange with universities belonging to the AEN network are carried out under the Utrecht Network. The AEN (Australian-European Network) unites six universities in Australia.

Student exchange with universities belonging to the MAUI network are carried out under the Utrecht Network. The MAUI (Mid-American Universities International) network unites 18 universities in USA.

REARI-RJ (Rede das Assessorias Internacionais das Instituições de Ensino Superior do Rio de Janeiro) is composed of fourteen universities from the State of Rio de Janeiro.

Swiss-European Mobility Programme

Swiss-European Mobility Programme is higher-education programme proposed by the Swiss government, supporting exchange of students and academic personnel.Student and teacher exchange is based on bilateral agreements signed for specific study fields between the institutes/schools/colleges of UT and academic units at partner universities.
