Tailor-made short-term study abroad programmes for partner institutions

The University of Tartu offers customised programmes for universities worldwide, designed to meet your academic and professional needs. We create engaging study experiences across disciplines in flexible formats – from training courses and seminars to study visits, lecture series, and summer or winter schools.

Programmes can take place in Tartu, Tallinn, or other university locations such as Narva, Pärnu and Viljandi, giving participants a chance to experience Estonia in diverse settings.

Our courses are developed and delivered by University of Tartu lecturers and leading experts from the public and private sectors, ensuring academic excellence combined with practical insights.

It is also possible to send your students to the UniTartu Summer School, which takes place every August and offers courses from various fields.

In addition, Johan Skytte Institute of Political Studies (main research fields: Russian studies, European Union, international relations, digital governance, green transition, management, data analysis, and security), Narva College (Russian language courses) and Institute of Estonian and General Linguistics (Estonian Language in Cultural Context) offer various tailor-made programmes for interested institutions.
