Outcome:
1) know the theoretical approaches to community development and contemporary implementation schemes;
2) shape and balance processes for the fairer and more sustainable functioning of the community as a whole;
3) apply sustainability principles to the development of the community.
4) know the concepts of human and relationship agency and the possibilities of developing the components of agency;
5) shapes the agency profile of the community by raising awareness on the protection of human dignity and human rights, the dynamics of vulnerability and resilience, the reciprocal identity creation among community members, and the need to increase superdiversity.
6) understand the meaning and importance of sustainability as a theoretical concept, value category and practical objective;
7) knows the basic principles of economic, social and environmental sustainability and understands the reciprocal links and impact;
8) be able to analyze and evaluate the sustainability of existing and planned developments
