Outcome:
On completion of the continuing education programme, students:
* have familiarised themselves with the working and learning environment of the preschool educational institution;
* know how to plan integrated learning and educational activities;
* are able to plan activities based on specific goals, choosing appropriate teaching and learning methods;
* are capable of adapting activities to meet the individual needs of each child;
* are aware of the principles of child observation;
* are able to analyse their activities and identify opportunities for their development;
* have carried out a mini-activity;
* are familiar with the competencies of a Teacher at EstQF Level 6;
* have reflected on their experiences in the learning process from both the learner's and teacher's perspectives.
