Spring Run welcomes all exercise and sports enthusiasts

On Wednesday, 16 April, at 19, the University of Tartu Spring Run will take place. The five-kilometre course starts next to the University of Tartu Academic Sports Club and runs along the river Emajõgi to the Town Hall Square and back. The Spring Run is open to all sports enthusiasts.

Participants can cover the distance at their own pace by running or walking. Registration for the run is open at UT Sports Board webpage, with more information about the competition classes.

Until 6 April, the university family, students of other higher education institutions, participants younger than 18 and older than 60 can register with the discount fee of €6. From 7 to 13 April, the regular price for everybody is €18 euros, and on the day of the run, it is €25. It is not possible to register on 14 and 15 April. Participants who have registered at the discounted rate must prove their status when picking up the race numbers before the event.

The event is organised by the University of Tartu Sports Board, the University of Tartu Academic Sports Club, the University of Tartu, the University of Tartu Student Union and the Estonian Academic Sports Federation.
