ENLIGHT calls for online Matchmaking Event and Leadership Training

On 29 and 30 April, an online matchmaking event aimed at researchers from the ENLIGHT network will take place, providing an opportunity for thematic collaborations between the universities of the ENLIGHT network. On the second day of the event, there is a leadership training specifically tailored to early-career researchers’ needs.

Participation in the event provides an opportunity to get acquainted with ENLIGHT's networking tools, find partners for funding applications and future collaboration, expand your academic network and give visibility to your project.

On 29 April, participants can explore matchmaking tools and engage in pitching sessions dedicated to fostering research collaborations. Participants will make a five-minute presentation of their ideas for a project they are looking partners for. Thematic sessions are held in the six flagship domains of ENLIGHT. Further information and registration are available at the be2match platform. This is also where the event will be held. To introduce your project at the matchmaking event, please contact tene.viiburg@ut.ee by 22 April

On April 30, there will be a leadership training for early-career researchers that will discuss how to enhance teamwork so that each team member has an understanding of their role in achieving objectives. Registration is possible via the online form. Read more about the programme and event.
